Cedric joined MXA in 2019 as a sales and support specialist. As the company grew so did his responsibilities. Now an Account Manager for the service division, Cedric’s ultimate responsibility is to make sure MXA’s clients have all their needs met. Whether it is scheduling service calls, sourcing equipment, or finding solutions to unique problems, Cedric prides himself on being the guy you call to handle your problems. As a graduate of Penn State University in 2000, he began his career outside this particular industry. Having specialized in project management, member services, and quality control, Cedric’s transition into MXA’s Account Manager role has been seamless. As a husband and father of two children, he finds tremendous joy in watching his children participate in club and school sports. As a former Division II soccer player himself, it has been very satisfying knowing his children enjoy soccer as much as he did.
